Lost, And Not Found
Wandering through the dimly lit streets, the night is no longer young. My shadow is a weight on my footsteps, getting heavier with each trudging step. As I drag my feet along the pavement, the haunting calls of the wind send chills up my spine. I tug at my worn, pre-loved coat and attempt to envelope myself in the little heat my body is producing. I pull the collar high over my ears and catch a...

Respect, And Celebrate Uniqueness
You don’t have to understand to be understanding. Throw out all logic, embrace humility, and accept the fact that you care. More often than not, that’s enough to overcome all differences. :)

Empathy
A life without pain and suffering does not exist. Everyone experiences it to varying degrees. Some more intense than others. Either way, we should not discount the pain of others based on those we’ve experienced ourselves. Pain is pain. And when someone is suffering, they are suffering. We all have different thresholds. It’s not that hard to show a little care and compassion.

He's Not Heavy, He's My Brother
Time goes by so quickly. I wish I had more days left in Melbourne. :( During my time here, I’ve managed to spend abundant time with my lovely little brother. The bond between siblings is a beautiful one. :) One minute we’re at each other’s throats, and the next minute we’re back to being the best of friends. No misunderstanding is too big for us rascals. :)

Being Happy
When you’re happy, everything else just falls into place. You develop an immunity towards the smaller things, things which many fret unnecessarily about. You’re blessed with panoramic vision and are able to step back and view the bigger, more beautiful picture. You learn to stop and smell the roses every once in a while. You take joy in the little things and celebrate moments and minor...

Yesterday
Yesterday was fun! Went shopping with Momo, for Kelly’s birthday present after work. We had dinner at +39 Pizzeria and shared a lot of laughs. :) Momo is the most loveable and adorable girl ever! One can’t help, but love her. :) After that, we met Sarah and Bill outside of Softbelly Bar before heading in for Kelly’s gig. She sang amazingly, and everyone was full of compliments...

That's What Friends Are For
People come and go, but there are always those few special ones who will always hold priority and important significance in our lives. Life can take us to opposite ends of the globe, but it would just merely place a small inconvenience on our friendship. We allow one another to make mistakes and do not judge one another for it. Instead, we are each other’s pillar of support. A rare,...

No Fence Sitters
Withdrawing information, refusing to pick sides, keeping thoughts/opinions discreet, and avoiding making choices can also be seen as acts of betrayal. Lack of action can make a person just as equally guilty, if not more. Stand up for yourself and the people around you, or stand to lose the trust and loyalty of those who have always stood by you.

Girly Reunion
Yay! I can’t wait until tonight! The girls will finally be reunited. :) So much has happened in the past year. Kelly and I moved to KL, but we’re both in Melbourne at the moment! This week is going to be amazing! I’ve been in Melbourne for five days now, and I can honestly say that I have fallen back in love with this beautiful city. I would really love to extend my trip, but am...
